1 The main points of meeting:
1. Schedule Survey for GPS Observation
To manage TT join in whole process of LiDAR Survey, the team may needs a format of General Schedule for GPS
Observation and LiDAR data acquisition.
2. Knowledge Transfer for TT
Coordination within Consultant and TT is to supervise the progress of the project, and also knowledge transferring especially in terms of planning and data processing.

Capacity building is crucial. By far the best way of implementing a National LiDAR strategy I have seen so far is the "DREAM LiDAR Program" in the Philippines where I regularly spent several month doing on-site training on the entire pipeline of quality checking and processing airborne LiDAR into DTMs, DSM, CHMs, and contours. At the end of the project they will not only have the data, but also trained people that can work in the government and the commercial sector to fully *exploit* the LiDAR that was collected ...
